Our team at Sweet Home Veterinary Hospital strives for exceptional, timely care for every patient while respecting the schedules of all our clients and team members. Late Arrival Policy
- We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
- After more than one occurrence, an $85 deposit will be required to book all future appointments.
Appointment & Cancellation Policies
- If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or is a no-show, an $85 fee will be charged. If this occurs a second time, a nonrefundable $85 deposit will be required to schedule all future appointments.
- Appointments scheduled for two or more pets require an $85 deposit, which will be applied toward your final bill. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being nonrefundable.
Procedure Deposit Policies
Surgery Appointments
- A $250 deposit is required at the time of scheduling.
- To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Dental Appointments
- A $500 deposit is required at the time of scheduling.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
